3. Processing of personal data in the job application process
Personal data is information about the personal or material conditions of an identified or identifiable natural person, such as name, address, telephone number and date of birth, but also data about their education, etc., which may be assigned to a specific person with reasonable effort. Any information that does not serve to directly or indirectly determine the identity of a person does not constitute personal data.
4. Principles and purposes of the processing of personal data in relation to the reception of applications and the job application process
When submitting an application electronically, that is, by email or through our web form, the candidate's personal data is collected and processed for the purpose of managing and processing the selection process and applying the corresponding pre-contractual measures.
By submitting the application through our recruitment page, the candidate explicitly indicates his interest in working with us. The personal data that he provides to us in this context will be used and retained exclusively for the purposes of searching for and applying for employment.
In particular, we will collect the following data:

● Email address
● Telephone number
● LinkedIn profile (optional)
● Channel through which you found out about us
During the selection process, the candidate may also attach relevant documents, such as a cover letter, CV and qualifications, which may also contain personal data such as date of birth, address, etc.
Only authorized employees of the HR department. H H. or employees involved in the selection process will have access to your data.
The storage of personal data is carried out exclusively for the purpose of filling the vacant position for which the application has been submitted.
The candidate's data will be kept for a period of 365 days once the selection process has concluded to comply with legal obligations or defend claims. We are subsequently obliged to delete or anonymize your data. Thereafter, the data will only be available as metadata without direct personal reference for statistical purposes (e.g. percentage of women and men in applications received, number of applications per period, etc.).
In addition, we reserve the right to store candidate data to include them in our talent pool for 365 days after the selection process has been completed, in order to identify any other positions that may be of interest to you. This also applies, for example, to applications for training or internship positions. By accepting the privacy policy, the candidate expressly consents to the possible retention of their data for a longer period and their inclusion in our talent pool.
If during the selection process the candidate receives a contract proposal and accepts it, the personal data collected during the selection process will be kept for at least the duration of the employment relationship.

The data provided as part of the application is transmitted using TLS encryption and stored in a database. This database is operated by Personio GmbH, which distributes candidate management and human resources software (https://www.personio.es/legal-notice/). In this context, Personio is our data processor in accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of the GDPR. The basis for the processing is the execution of the data processing agreement (DPA) concluded between us, as data controllers, and Personio.
